Adrena Membership Pass Terms & Conditions
- General
- Adrena Membership Passes (“Passes”) provide access to participating attractions within Adrena for the validity period stated at time of purchase. Surfing is not included in the pass and is subject to an additonal charge per session.
- All Pass holders must comply with Adrena rules, regulations, and safety requirements at all times.
- Adrena reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions without prior notice.
- Validity
- Unlimited 6 Pass: Valid for 6 consecutive months from the date of first use.
- Unlimited 12 Pass: Valid for 12 consecutive months from the date of first use.
- No extensions will be granted for unused time.
- Access & Usage
- Passes grant unlimited standard entry during operating hours, subject to capacity and availability.
- Pass benefits apply only to the registered holders. All accompanying guests must pay full admission and are not eligible for any pass discounts or benefits.
- Certain attractions, events, or experiences may require advance booking or incur additional charges.
- Access may be restricted during:
- Special events
- Maintenance periods
- Private bookings
- Health & safety limitations
- Booking & Reservations
- Advance booking may be required for selected attractions.
- Pass holders must follow the booking procedures via official Adrena platforms.
- Failure to attend a booked session may result in temporary booking restrictions.
- Identification & Non-Transferability
- Passes are personal, non-transferable, and cannot be shared or resold.
- Valid ID may be required upon entry.
- Misuse may result in suspension or termination without refund.
- Health & Safety
- Entry to attractions is subject to height, weight, age, and health restrictions.
- Pass holders must follow all staff instructions and safety signage.
- Failure to comply may result in denied access without refund.
- Refunds & Cancellations
- Membership Passes are non-refundable and non-exchangeable once activated.
- No refunds will be issued for:
- Partial usage
- Weather conditions
- Attraction closures
- Exceptions may apply only in accordance with applicable laws.
- Suspension & Termination
- Adrena reserves the right to suspend or revoke a Pass if:
- Terms & conditions are breached
- Unsafe or inappropriate behaviour is observed
- Fraudulent use is detected
- Lost or Stolen Passes
- Lost or stolen passes must be reported immediately.
- Replacement may be issued at Adrena’s discretion and may incur a fee.
- Operating Hours & Closures
- Operating hours are subject to change without notice.
- Attractions may close due to:
- Weather conditions
- Maintenance
- Operational requirements
- No compensation will be provided for such closures.
- Liability
- Adrena is not responsible for:
- Loss, theft, or damage of personal belongings
- Injuries resulting from failure to follow safety instructions
- Participation in attractions is at the guest’s own risk.
- Photography & Media
- Adrena may capture photos/videos for marketing purposes.
- By using the Pass, guests consent to being filmed unless otherwise requested.
- Discounts & Benefits (if applicable)
- Any included discounts (F&B, retail, etc.) are:
- Non-transferable
- Subject to availability
- May be modified or withdrawn at any time
